About Userlink
We build AI agents for e-commerce. Our platform gives webshops an intelligent agent that answers customers, recommends products and takes actions directly in the shop's systems via API. It's not a simple chatbot — it's an agent with access to product data, orders and stock levels, generating sales that would otherwise be lost, often outside opening hours.
We're 7 people based in Odense, Denmark, founded in 2024 and growing fast. We have customers, revenue, and a product that sells itself once people see it. Now we need more meetings in the calendar — and that's where you come in.
We're expanding into the Dutch market, so we're primarily looking for candidates from the Netherlands or fluent Dutch speakers.
The Role
You are the first voice potential customers hear from Userlink. Your job is simple: call Dutch webshops, capture their interest in 30 seconds and book a meeting with our Key Account Manager.
Cold outreach calls to mid-sized and large Dutch webshops
Book qualified meetings directly in the sales rep's calendar
Manage leads and follow-ups in CRM
We're Looking For
Experience with customer contact, ideally over the phone
Sales experience is a strong plus
Understanding of SaaS, IT or web development is a plus
Fluent Dutch and English
Outgoing, persistent and motivated by seeing your effort turn into results
You take a "no" as information, not personal rejection
