The Role
As Restaurant Operations Manager, you hold the overall operational and managerial responsibility for the restaurant’s daily operations. You work hands-on while maintaining a strong overview, leading through clear structures, planning, and presence. The role combines operational leadership with coordination responsibilities and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and long-term development.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for daily restaurant operations
- Development, implementation, and follow-up on procedures, guidelines, and operational standards
- Ensuring consistently high quality in products and guest service
- Leadership, onboarding, coordination, and daily management of staff
- Staff scheduling, shift planning, and rostering
- Coordination of HR-related tasks in collaboration with other management
- Administrative tasks including documentation, internal reporting, and email correspondence
- Process optimization with a focus on efficiency and workflow
- Planning and execution of major events
- Responsibility for hygiene, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Close collaboration with other managers to ensure cohesive operations
