For one of our partners in Gedved, we are looking for an employee who would like to be trained with the aim of taking on a team leader role in production.

You will start by being trained in production and receive thorough training in the department’s tasks and processes. You will be trained by a current team leader and will continue your training until you are ready to manage the department.

Main tasks:

• Oversee the department and maintain a good workflow

• Adjust and operate machinery

• Complete production forms and documentation

• Participate in production when needed

• Receive ongoing training in several departments

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 06:30 – 17:00/18:00
You will have Fridays off.

We expect that you:

• Hold a forklift license

• Can communicate in English

• Have a technical understanding and enjoy practical work

• Are reliable and show up on time

• Have your own car or transport, as there is no public transportation to the workplace

About the workplace
You will become part of an international company where English is the primary language. You will be trained by a colleague who speaks both English and Romanian.
The work takes place at a poultry processing facility, where the environment can be challenging in terms of smell and surroundings. It is therefore important that you are comfortable working in this type of production.
