About FLC:

At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for designing and constructing the immersed tunnel, portals and ramps on both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden.

We are also building the facilities for prefabricating tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC workers.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the model database, including VDC (BIM) models used daily by teams for procurement, preparation, coordination, and execution

• Ensure the model database is well-organized, up to date, and reliable

• Provide easy and efficient access to accurate model information for stakeholders

• Collaborate with the VDC team to maintain data quality and consistency

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data management and digital tools, including metadata, data structures, and file naming conventions (BS 1192)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel

• Experience with or familiarity with Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, such as Autodesk BIM 360

• Understanding of standards and frameworks for information management and BIM, including ISO 19650, PAS 1192, and BS 1192

• Basic knowledge of Document Control tasks, including documentation workflows, revision management, approval processes, and user permissions

• Structured and detail-oriented working approach

• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
