Sushi Mura in center of Hillerød and Fredensborg is looking for a sushi chef. We expect you have some years of experience from restaurant industry. It is an advantage if you have working experience from sushi restaurants. 

Your responsibilities are
• Prepare fish and raw materials
• Make sushi dishes and starters
• Ensure food hygiene and high quality of sushi
• Keep kitchen clean and tidy
• Plan orders in busy day
• Communicate with waiter/waitress and customers

We are looking for someone who has passions for sushi and proud of delivering perfect sushi to our customers. It is important that you can work independently and also in a team. We also expect that you are flexible and reliable. You can stay calm in a busy day.
