Tandoor Chef – Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Tandoor Chef to prepare authentic Indian dishes using traditional clay oven techniques. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tandoor cooking, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality food.

Main Duties

• Cook a range of tandoori items including meats, breads, and vegetables with consistent taste and presentation

• Prepare marinades, spice blends, and ingredients to ensure authentic flavors

• Operate and manage the tandoor oven safely and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety standards

• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients

• Work with the kitchen team to introduce new dishes and seasonal items

• Ensure timely preparation and quality of all orders

Requirements

• Experience as a Tandoor Chef or similar role

• Good knowledge of tandoor techniques, spices, and marinades

• Ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
