About Us

The Food Corner ApS is a new Indian restaurant opening in Odense. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Indian Chef who has experience with Indian cuisine and can manage kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook Indian dishes (curries, tandoori, naan, starters, etc.)
• Maintain high food quality and consistency
• Plan menu together with management
• Manage kitchen operations and food preparation
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness according to Danish food safety rules
• Control food stock and order supplies
• Train kitchen staff if needed

Requirements
• Experience in Indian cuisine is required
• Experience with tandoor and naan is an advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and reliable
• Basic English required

The Food Corner ApS is a new Indian restaurant opening in Odense. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who can manage daily restaurant operations and staff.

Responsibilities
• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Manage staff schedule and shifts
• Handle customer service and reservations
• Ensure high customer satisfaction
• Manage orders, suppliers, and inventory
• Work with Wolt, takeaway, and dine-in orders
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards
• Help with marketing and promotions

Requirements
• Experience as restaurant manager or supervisor
• Good communication skills
• Ability to manage staff and work under pressure
• English required (Danish is an advantage)
• Experience with takeaway platforms (Wolt, Just Eat, etc.) is an advantage
