Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing

  • Develop and execute local marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and customer reach.

  • Identify catering, event, and partnership opportunities within the community and corporate sector.

  • Manage social media promotions and collaborate with marketing teams or agencies when needed.

• Customer Experience

  • Oversee daily customer service operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

  • Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and special requests with professionalism and care.

  • Train and support front-of-house staff in service standards and guest relations.

• Business Growth

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in pricing, promotions, and loyalty program development.

  • Work closely with management to set sales targets and achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality management, preferably in the restaurant or F&B industry.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic (other languages a plus).

• Ability to lead a team, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic restaurant operations.

• Creative thinker with a customer-first mindset.
