Dueholm is a growing egg grading and packing station supplying high-quality eggs to Danish and international customers. As part of our continued development, we are strengthening our technical operations, automation, and maintenance systems.

To support this development, we are looking for a practical and solution-oriented Industrial Mechanic / Maintenance Technician who enjoys keeping machines running and improving technical equipment.

 Your Role

 You will be responsible for maintaining and improving the machines and technical equipment used in our egg grading and packing operations.

 The role also includes technical maintenance at our three nearby poultry farms, where you will service equipment in the hen houses and help ensure reliable operation of farm installations.

 In addition, you should be comfortable handling smaller mechanical repairs on company vehicles and equipment when needed.

 This is a hands-on position with varied tasks across production, farms, and workshop activities.

 Main Responsibilities

Machine Maintenance

 • Maintain egg grading and packing equipment

• Service conveyors, motors, bearings, chains, and mechanical components

• Maintain tray washing equipment and other production machinery

 Troubleshooting

 • Diagnose and repair mechanical failures

• Respond quickly to production stoppages

• Work closely with production staff to resolve technical issues

 Preventive Maintenance

 • Plan and carry out routine maintenance

• Replace worn parts before failures occur

• Keep maintenance records and documentation

 Farm Equipment Maintenance

 • Maintain technical installations in our hen houses

• Service feeding systems, ventilation components, conveyors and related equipment

• Assist with general technical improvements on the farms

 Improvements & Projects

 • Improve machine reliability and production efficiency

• Assist with installation of new equipment

• Participate in technical upgrades and facility improvements

 General Technical Tasks

 • Minor welding and fabrication when needed

• Build small mechanical solutions and adjustments

• Perform minor repairs on company vehicles and equipment

• Maintain technical order in the workshop

 Your Profile

 We imagine you:

 • Have experience as an industrial mechanic, maintenance technician, agricultural mechanic, or similar

• Are practical and enjoy hands-on technical work

• Can diagnose mechanical problems independently

• Have experience with motors, chains, bearings, conveyors, or production equipment

• Are comfortable working both in production environments and on farms

• Are structured and able to keep overview during busy production

• Are reliable and take responsibility

• You have CE driving licens

• Its advantage if you have a tachocard

 Experience with food production equipment or agricultural machinery is an advantage but not required.
