About the position

As Master Planner, you will be part of the Supply Chain / Operations setup at C&D Foods (Denmark) A/S and hold overall responsibility for production planning across the site. You will translate customer demand and forecasts into feasible production plans while balancing capacity, materials, and operational constraints. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence production performance, customer service, and continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Your key areas of responsibility:

• Production Planning & Scheduling

• Demand & Forecast Alignment

• Cross‑Functional Coordination & Continuous Improvement

Example of tasks could include:

• Create weekly and monthly production plans aligned with factory capacity and workforce availability

• Adjust production plans in response to changes in customer demand, forecasts, or production challenges

• Collaborate closely with Sales to understand customer orders and demand forecasts

• Ensure material availability and maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP systems

• Support problem‑solving when unexpected issues arise to minimise disruption

• Monitor planning performance, including schedule adherence and delivery performance

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, delays, and last‑minute changes

Your profile

• Educational background in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, or similar is an advantage

• Experience within production planning, supply chain, or a manufacturing environment

• Experience from the food production industry is considered a strong plus

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay structured under pressure

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, working effectively across departments

• Comfortable and experienced in working with planning systems (ERP/MRP) and Excel

• Ability to communicate professionally in Danish and English, both written and verbal
