We are looking for a skilled and motivated Test Technician to join our production team in Nørresundby, focusing on testing and assembly of pumps. You will play a key role in ensuring product quality and performance before delivery to customers.
A glimpse into the role
As a Pump Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality, functionality, and reliability of pump units before they are delivered. You will be responsible for executing testing procedures, assembling components, and maintaining accurate documentation, while collaborating closely with production and quality teams. Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Testing & Inspection Execution: Responsible for performing testing and inspection of pumps according to defined procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
· Assembly & Preparation: You take the lead in assembling and preparing pump units for testing and delivery, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and operational.
· Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution: You identify, analyze, and resolve deviations or technical issues, ensuring root causes are addressed and solutions are implemented efficiently.
· Documentation & Data Management: You ensure accurate and timely documentation of test results in IT systems, contributing to traceability and data reliability.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with production and quality teams to ensure alignment, continuous improvement, and adherence to operational standards.
