About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate chef with strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine. You will play a key role in ensuring consistent quality, maintaining kitchen standards, and contributing to a professional and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present authentic Arabic dishes (shawarma, kebabs, falafel, hummus, mezze, rice dishes)

• Ensure high standards of taste, quality, and presentation

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with Danish regulations

• Assist with menu development and improvements

• Manage stock and ensure proper use of ingredients

• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a chef, preferably in Arabic or Middle Eastern cuisine

• Strong understanding of traditional cooking techniques and ingredients

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment

• Responsible, structured, and detail-oriented
