Nordic RCC – supporting security of supply and the green energy transition
Nordic Regional Coordination Centre (RCC) provides critical services and insights to support the national Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark — to ensure the efficient operation and use of the Nordic power system and high security of power supply at any time.
We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to help ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery across applications and digital initiatives.
In this role, you’ll bridge strategy and execution, working closely with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to deliver well‑governed, transparent outcomes in a complex IT environment.
What you’ll do:
Take end‑to‑end ownership of delivery across 3 development teams
Ensure structured and predictable delivery in line with governance and priorities
Act as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies
Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies and communicate clearly to stakeholders
Drive quality, security, and continuous improvement in delivery practices
About you:
Experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role
Strong background in agile delivery (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid), experience with Azure DevOps is a plus
Comfortable coordinating cross‑functional teams in complex IT environments
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
Structured, proactive, and calm leadership style
