We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to lead a small, dedicated team and own our financial connectivity layer. You will help us expand globally, diving deep into payment workflows to build solutions that make complex global payments simple, reliable, and easy to use.

About the role

Continia Banking connects hundreds of businesses with their banks. As we expand across the EU, US, and APAC, we need a senior product profile to lead a dedicated product squad of 5-6 people, taking real ownership of the product logic, workflows, and day-to-day execution.

This is a hands-on product leadership role. You won’t just manage a backlog from a distance - you will drive the actual product discovery and functionality. You will map out edge cases, define exactly what we build, and figure out how it should work.

You will work closely with engineering to turn complex banking requirements into elegant solutions. At the same time, you’ll engage directly with banks, partners, and customers to validate the designs. If you love leading a product team while still diving into the functional details, challenging complexity, and taking a feature from a raw idea to a shipped, high-impact solution, this role is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a dedicated product team of 5-6 people to deliver high-quality financial connectivity solutions.

• Own the daily backlog, making practical trade-offs and ensuring engineering has the exact context they need to build the right solutions.

• Help design core functionality, payment workflows, and user experiences for our bank integrations.

• Co-own the connectivity roadmap, actively engaging to find and onboard new banks, PSPs, and integration partners.

• Collaborate with existing partners to implement new technical capabilities and solve complex connectivity issues.

• Take ownership of product quality by participating in testing and validating features before they are released.

• Talk to customers and resellers to gather real-world feedback, validate features, and continuously improve the product.

 What We’re Looking For

• Strong product management experience, ideally in financial software (Business Central knowledge is big advantage).

• Experience leading and driving a high-performing product team

• Track record of shipping high-impact features, combined with a love for designing workflows, mapping edge cases, and turning complex logic into clear requirements.

• Understanding of payments: domestic/international corporate payments, direct debit, reconciliation, and cash management.

• Familiarity with financial standards and bank file formats (e.g., pain.001, camt.053, camt.054), PSD2/Open Banking, and global payment methods.

• A track record of high-impact execution—you excel at tracking quality and shipping features that deliver real customer value.

• A natural collaborator and strong communicator, confident in aligning internal teams and engaging directly with external banks, partners, and customers.
