Job description IT University of Copenhagen seeks a part-time lecturer to co-teach the course 'Managing Business Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making' in the MSc in Digital Innovation & Management. The part-time lecturer is expected to contribute to course lectures and exercises, as well as the assessment and grading of students. Managing Business Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making' is a 15 ECTS specialization course. It runs for over 14 weeks in the 3rd semester of the Digital Innovation & Management MSc program, with 2 lectures per week and a cohort of 40–60 students supported by 1–2 teaching assistants. The part-time lecturer will be responsible for approximately 20% of the course teaching. The course equips students to identify and apply data analytics and machine learning methods to real-world business problems, while critically reflecting on the operational, strategic, and ethical implications. Students enter the course with prior knowledge of programming fundamentals. The course is examined through a group-based written submission followed by an individual oral exam, graded on the Danish 7-point scale. The course is taught in English.

Salary and terms of employment Appointment and salary will be in accordance with the Ministry of Taxation’s agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC) and job structure for academic staff at universities.
Qualification Requirements The following qualifications are required:
- Candidates should have an MSc (or equivalent)
And at least one of the following qualifications
- Relevant high-level practical experience not obtained through a university, scientific employment
- Employment in a main scientific position at another university
