Would you like to contribute to the development and quality assurance of ABENA’s largest product category?

We are looking for a Global Product Specialist (maternity cover, starting August) to support our incontinence, underpads, and baby diapers area - a category in rapid development.

Incontinence, underpads, and baby diapers are ABENA’s largest product category and an area of rapid development. As a Global Product Specialist, you will primarily focus on documentation, compliance, and regulatory support, ensuring products are ready for commercialization across markets. Working closely with the team and ABENA subsidiaries, you will support product development projects and help ensure the assortment meets market needs while complying with all relevant regulations, standards, and legal requirements.

You can expect your main tasks to include:

• Maintenance and updating of regulatory documentation (MDR), including product specifications, certificates, declarations, and Free Sales Certificates
• Application and coordination of certificates, verifications, tests, and legalizations
• Handling artwork and labeling for packaging, data sheets, and safety data sheets
• Audit preparation, complaint handling, and ongoing compliance activities
• Maintenance of item master data and technical specifications in systems such as Axapta, SAP, and PIM

We hope you bring:

• Proven ability to work with complex product legislation and standards and convert regulatory requirements into clear, business‑relevant input for colleagues and the organization.
• Being able to communicate at all organizational levels in English (German is also an advantage)
• The ability to thrive in an open office environment, where we actively use each other for feedback and sparring
• An approach to every task with the intention of treating the recipient (customer, colleague, or partner) with integrity and decency
• be structured and able to appreciate documentation of work processes.

Occasional flexibility in working hours is expected due to supplier and customer collaboration across time zones, particularly in Asia.
