Teaching Assistant for the courses Introduction to Selected Disruptive Technologies and Project Management at the Faculty of Engineering in Sønderborg
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Teaching Assistant for 2 courses. The first one is Introduction to Selected Disruptive Technologies in the first year of the master programme in Engineering, Innovation and Business: https://odin.sdu.dk/sitecore/index.php?a=fagbesk&id=198293&lang=en
The second one is Project Management in the third year of the bachelor programme in Engineering, Innovation and Business:

Both courses run for 12 weeks with 4 scheduled hours per week starting September 1 2026.
The ideal candidate would have skills in the following domains for course one (Introduction to Selected Disruptive Technologies):
Technical and conceptual knowledge within fields such as Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Digital platforms and ecosystems, Industry 4.0 concepts.
Knowledge of innovation processes and technology adoption
Understanding of business model innovation and digital transformation
Ability to guide students in evaluating technologies from a strategic/business perspective
Experience with case and project-based teaching and analysis of real-world examples
The ideal candidate would have the skills in the following domain for course 2 (Project Management):
Understanding of core project management concepts such as project planning and scheduling, risk management, Stakeholder management and agile and traditional methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall)
Ability to support students in hands-on project work
Experience with project management tools
In general teaching experience at university level is preferred (MSc. Level)
Responsibilities include preparation, executing and managing the courses, assisting students, and contributing to the overall learning environment.

The employment takes place in accordance with the rules in the circular on agreements about part-time lecturers and assistant lecturers at universities, etc. under the Ministry of Education and Science entered into between the Ministry of Taxation and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations.
The employment is otherwise covered by the 2020 job structure for academic staff at universities and the provisions for the position as assistant lecturer, as described herein.
