Serviceleder for erhvervsrengøring

Role Purpose

To train, supervise, and lead teams while ensuring quality and client satisfaction. You are responsible for people, Staff scheduling and coordination, quality, and client relationships within your region.

We hire based on attitude, reliability, and performance — not seniority.

Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken & written) – mandatory

• Comfortable leading meetings and client dialogue

• Able to manage teams independently

Training

• Training and onboarding techniques

• Leadership and communication skills (client calls, email, status meetings)

• Quality inspections and audits

• Staff scheduling and coordination - feedback to Operations Manager regrading scheduling changes,

sickness etc..

• Client communication and issue handling - feedback to Operations Manager regarding Client feedback,

issues, praise etc..

• Reporting, documentation, and compliance - (small clients)

• Health & safety and contract understanding - (training & access to information regarding specific

chemical, products or accidents)

Expectations

• English mandatory (Danish is a +)

• Outgoing and able to hold status meetings, have regular dialogue + figure out solutions with clients.

• Handles communication with clients including; complaints, changes in cleaning expectations vs

contractual agreement, calls, emails SMS & regular status meetings (min 1x month).

• Handles sickness & rescheduling of employees with other employees within region.

• Trains, schedules and evaluates new and existing cleaners

• Supervises multiple sites and teams

• Ensures standards and contracts are met through daily/weekly inspections & knows how to take

corrective actions /praise.

• Handles complaints and corrective actions

• Provides feedback and coaching

• Acts as company representative

• Maintains accountability for people and quality
