The Role of Project Manager

As Project Manager at ITW Densit, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing industrial-scale projects – primarily in offshore and grouting-related applications. You will lead the full project lifecycle, combining project execution, technical understanding, and operational coordination to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

Reporting to the Head of Projects and Offshore Operations, you’ll play a key role in aligning operations, engineering and commercial efforts to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead all project phases – from tender input and planning to execution, delivery, and final reporting.

·      Plan and execute projects valued between $100K and $ 13M +

·      Lead teams of 2-8 supervisors/technicians across Europe

·      Coordinate closely with clients, sales, logistics and offshore teams

·      Ensure project delivery in line with quality, safety (HSE), timelines and budgets

·      Act as the main point of contact for clients and contribute with technical input where relevant.

·      Produce monthly financial and progress reports for management

·      Ensure equipment, materials and personnel are prepared and mobilized on time.

·      Support effective on-site execution in collaboration with offshore supervisors

·      Travel occasionally (approx. 2-3 days/month – max. 20 days/year), primarily in Europe and Asia.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a structured, solution-oriented leader with strong project management mindset and excellent communication skills.

Ideally, you have:

·      Have +5 years of project management experience (in offshore, marine or similar).

·      Experience coordinating teams and managing all phases of a technical project.

·      Knowledge of grouting is a plus, but not a requirement.

·      Communicate clearly and professionally in Danish and English.

·      Are comfortable working with contracts, stakeholders, and project execution.

·      Able to maintain an overview and make decisions in a dynamic environment.

·      Take pride in delivering high-quality work and getting the job done right
