As Chef, you will have overall responsibility for preparing Indian authentic dishes in our Tandoori Kithce and ensuring an consistent culinary experience for restaurant guests and our catering customers.

Your primary workplace will be in Valby, but you must be flexible and able to take on work assignments in Roskilde or Aarhus as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Preparation and production of traditional Indian dishes in our Tandoori Kitchen for both restaurant service and catering.

• Purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, and necessary supplies.

• Follow the overall hygienic rules and regulations set by the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (DVFA)

Qualifications
We expect that you:

• Have documented experience in Indian cuisine, particularly Tandoori dishes.

• Are structured, quality-conscious, and able to work efficiently during busy periods.

• Comply with all applicable food safety and hygiene regulations.
