About the Role
The core of this role is excellent teaching in Maths and Science across the secondary phase, preparing students for GCSE and Fælles Mål outcomes. The successful candidate will ensure strong student progress, high levels of engagement, and consistently high academic standards.
We are looking for a candidate who prioritizes problem-solving and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities
Teaching
Deliver high-quality teaching in Maths and Science leading to GCSE and Fælles Mål outcomes
Plan, assess, and adapt teaching to ensure strong student progress
Contribute to a collaborative, engaging, and innovative curriculum, including hands-on learning approaches
Prepare students for exams
Use data to inform decisions and drive improved student outcomes
Contribute to whole-school improvement and strategic priorities
Build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents based on trust, respect, and clear communication
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
Is an experienced Maths and Science secondary specialist with a passion for hands-on learning
Demonstrates consistently strong classroom practice
Can drive improvement, lead change, and support colleagues effectively
Has a proactive, solution-focused mindset
Has experience teaching secondary students and preparing students for exams
Understands the importance of student wellbeing alongside academic success
Uses data effectively to inform teaching and improve outcomes
Is collaborative, reflective, and committed to high standards
Possesses strong classroom management skills
