Columbia Pizza is looking for a skilled and passionate Indian/Pakistani Chef to join our team. We are seeking someone with authentic culinary experience who can bring traditional flavors and high-quality cooking to our menu.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook authentic Indian and Pakistani dishes with consistency and quality

- Plan, organize, and manage kitchen operations related to Indian/Pakistani cuisine

- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained

- Collaborate with the team to develop and improve the menu

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Indian/Pakistani Chef (minimum 2–3 years preferred)

- Strong knowledge of spices, cooking techniques, and traditional recipes

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Passion for delivering authentic taste and customer satisfaction
