Ærø Hotel is a family-owned and family-operated hotel located in the charming maritime town of Marstal on the beautiful island of Ærø, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities

Housekeeping

• Cleaning guest rooms and public areas

• Changing bed linen and towels

• Restocking guest amenities

• Ensuring rooms meet hotel quality standards

Restaurant / Waiter Service

• Serving breakfast and dinner

• Guest service and table service

• Preparing the restaurant before and after service

• Maintaining high service standards

Kitchen (Breakfast & Evening)

• Assisting with breakfast and dinner preparation

• Basic food preparation

• Plating meals

• Dishwashing and kitchen cleaning

• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen

• Following food safety and hygiene procedures

We Are Looking For People Who

• Speak English or Spanish

• Are reliable, positive and responsible

• Enjoy working in hospitality and as part of a team

• Thrive in a busy working environment

• Are flexible regarding working hours and departments

• Have previous experience in hotels, restaurants, housekeeping or kitchens (preferred but not essential)

• Are motivated to learn and contribute to a positive workplace

Staff Accommodation

Accommodation is available approximately 10 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Each employee has a private bedroom with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Rent: EUR 100 per person per week, including:

• Electricity

• Water

• Heating

• Internet

Salary

Starting salary before tax + 12.5% Danish holiday pay

Housekeeping
DKK 125/hour (approximately EUR 16.75)

Restaurant / Waiter Service
DKK 135/hour (approximately EUR 18.10)

Kitchen (Breakfast & Evening)
DKK 140/hour (approximately EUR 18.75)
