Tir na nÓg is looking for a skilled and service-minded bartender to join our team. If you are passionate about bartending, love creating great guest experiences, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Language: You MUST be able to speak English.
Salary: Starting at DKK 135 per hour
This is a part-time position with up to 20–25 hours per week. However, you are welcome to take on additional hours if you wish, giving you flexibility to adjust your schedule according to your preferences and needs. 

Start date: As soon as possible.

What we are looking for:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to join our team.

First and foremost, you must have experience in the bartending industry. In addition, we value:

● Customer focus: Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
● Work pace: The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
● Team spirit: A friendly, proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
● Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed (primarily Thursday–Saturday).

Your primary responsibilities:
● Prepare high-quality cocktails and drinks with creativity and precision (training provided).
● Deliver exceptional and attentive customer service to ensure every guest has a fantastic experience.
● Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
● Work closely with the team to create a positive and lively atmosphere.
● Ensure smooth bar operations during busy periods.
