Electrician/Electromechanical Technician – Refurbishment Specialist

We are experiencing strong growth and are looking for an experienced electromechanical technician, automation technician, or industrial electrician who wants to help build and set the standard for our refurbishment of industrial electrical components – primarily contactors and circuit breakers from manufacturers such as ABB, Schneider Electric, and Eaton.

You will play a central role in our workshop in Silkeborg and in the startup and training of our colleagues in the USA.

What you will be working on

• Receiving, inspecting, and repairing large contactors and circuit breakers (>500A) from ABB, Schneider Electric, and Eaton
• Defining and documenting standards and workflows for refurbishment
• Building and developing our technical expertise within electrical components
• Traveling to our U.S. branch to train colleagues, ensure the right processes, and support production when needed
• Collaborating with engineering and supply chain teams on technical matters and quality assurance

Who you are

• Educated as an electromechanical technician, automation technician, or industrial electrician, preferably with experience in industrial systems, repair, and troubleshooting within low- and medium-voltage
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and structured in your work
• Experience with contactors, circuit breakers, or similar components is an advantage
• Passionate about sharing knowledge and helping others develop
• Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written), as travel to the USA will be frequent
• Holder of a valid driver’s license (Category B)
