At SBS Friction, you'll become part of an experienced Customer Service team supporting more than 140 customers across the globe. Every day, you'll help ensure that their products move efficiently from production to customers worldwide.

You won't just process orders.

You'll make international business happen.

What you'll be doing

As our new Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the link between our global customers and our internal teams.

You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, Packaging, and Warehouse to make sure every order moves smoothly from entry to delivery.

Your days will include:

• Managing customer orders from order entry to invoicing
• Coordinating international shipments by road, sea, and air
• Booking transport with freight forwarders and customer-appointed carriers
• Following up proactively on deliveries and customer requests
• Working in ERP systems and customer portals
• Solving several small tasks that naturally arise in international trade
• Delivering a customer experience that makes people want to work with us again

Who you are

We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy day and who understands that excellent customer service is built on professionalism, ownership, and genuine care.

You probably:

• Have 3-5 years of experience within customer service, export, or order management
• Enjoy working with details without losing sight of the bigger picture
• Communicate clearly, openly, and respectfully
• Stay calm when priorities change
• Take responsibility instead of waiting for others
• Like working with systems and processes
• Speak and write both Danish and English at a high level - a third language is a bonus but not a requirement
• Have experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Axapta is an advantage)
• If you know how to handle Letter of Credit Payments, it is a plus
