We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
* Minimum 1 year of proven management experience in a burger restaurant or a similar fast-paced food service environment.
* Strong background in event planning, coordination, and execution.
* Must have hands-on experience working on at least 15 successful events.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including late-night shifts whenever events or business operations require it.
* Experience in staff recruitment, team management, onboarding, and handling staffing decisions when necessary.
* Full responsibility for day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining high operational standards.
* Strong knowledge of food preparation procedures, hygiene standards, cleanliness, and overall quality control.
* Ability to lead by example and support operational tasks whenever needed.
* Willingness to assist and support other company branches when required.
* Strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
