Seastea is a fast-growing premium bubble tea brand with over 100 stores in Asia and 4 stores in Finland. We are opening our first store in Denmark at Field's Shopping Centre, Copenhagen, and are looking for a Store Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations

• Recruit, train and lead the team

• Manage staff schedules and inventory

• Ensure excellent customer service and food safety

• Drive sales and store performance

Requirements

• Experience in managing a café, bubble tea shop, restaurant or other food & beverage business

• Fluent English is required

• Danish language skills are an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
