Shop Manager / Store Manager Wanted

Mozarts Kiosk & Pakkeshop ApS is looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kiosk and parcel shop.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, maintaining efficient daily operations, and managing inventory and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the shop.

• Supervise and coordinate employees.

• Prepare work schedules and assign daily tasks.

• Deliver excellent customer service.

• Handle cash register operations and daily cash reconciliation.

• Receive and process parcel deliveries and collections.

• Order products and monitor inventory levels.

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and the store is clean and well presented.

• Train and support employees.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, convenience stores, supermarkets, kiosks, or similar businesses.

• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and flexible.

• Basic computer and cash handling skills.

• English language skills are required. Danish is an advantage.
