At our office in Copenhagen, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for our customer service team — someone who is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience through strong communication skills and a proactive approach to their tasks.

About the Position

At AndLight, you will become part of a motivated customer service team, where strong team spirit and good dynamics are central elements. It is important that you are structured and constructive.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers via email, telephone, chat, and social media (English and if you have a second language)

• Sales and advisory services via email, telephone, chat, and in person in the showroom

• Quality control of the website(s)

• Supporting the rest of the customer service team with ad hoc tasks

Our Expectations of You

• You are proactive, structured, and show initiative

• You have a good understanding of customer handling

• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage

• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage; strong English and a potential second language are required)
