Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Hours: 37 hours/week
Location: Denmark

Food Stall ApS is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily management and operation of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily restaurant operations
• Supervise and coordinate staff
• Support staff scheduling
• Ensure good customer service
• Assist with stock control and ordering
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
• Train and support new employees
• Support the Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

• Relevant restaurant or supervisory experience
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• English required; Danish is an advantage
