We are seeking a passionate head chef to join our kitchen team in Østerbro.  

About you:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a head chef or 5 years as a chef

• Management and development of the kitchen team

• Development of seasonal menus that reflect Aamanns identity: craftsmanship, season and ambitious gastronomy at eye level.

• Building and maintaining close relationships with local suppliers.

• Responsibility for raw material economics, product ordering, food waste and kitchen budgets.

• Recruitment, training and development of kitchen staff and the creation of a strong and motivating work culture.

• Ensuring the high standards that have earned 

• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations within food safety, hygiene and the working environment.

• Close collaboration with the restaurant manager and operation manager
