We are hiring an experienced Backend Developer for our growing engineering team

We are looking for a highly skilled backend profile who can contribute to the architecture, quality, and stability of our core platform. The role requires technical depth, independence, and the ability to take ownership of features from design to deployment.

As part of our development team, you will work closely with our CTO and product stakeholders. We expect a structured engineering approach, a high standard for clean and maintainable code, and a proactive mindset.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing backend services and APIs

• Building and optimizing database structures and data integrations

• Working with architecture focused on scalability, performance, and security

• Participating in code reviews and maintaining high engineering standards

• Contributing to technical decisions and continuous improvements in the platform

We are looking for someone who:

• Has multiple years of professional backend development experience

• Writes clean, structured, and reliable code

• Can drive tasks independently and deliver high-quality solutions

• Has experience with modern backend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Node.js, or similar)
