As the demand for sustainable energy continues to grow, we are expanding our operations and are looking for a skilled and motivated Technician / Hoist Operator to join our team in Thorsminde, Denmark.

As a Technician / Hoist Operator, you will play a key role in both the maintenance and operational aspects of our helicopter services. Working with our Airbus H135 and H145 fleet, you will contribute to ensuring the highest standards of safety, airworthiness, and operational performance in support of offshore wind operations.

Based in Thorsminde, you will be part of a dedicated team serving some of Northern Europe’s most innovative offshore wind projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

Aircraft Technician Duties

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out inspections

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements

  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

  • Collaborate closely with pilots, technicians, and operations personnel

  • Support the continued airworthiness and availability of the fleet

Hoist Operator Duties

  • Perform precision hoisting operations to offshore wind turbines, vessels, and substations

  • Assist flight crews during offshore missions

  • Ensure the highest standards of safety during hoisting activities

  • Maintain operational readiness of hoist equipment

  • Support mission planning and execution as part of the crew

  • Contribute to safe and efficient offshore operations in challenging environments

Who we are Looking for

Minimum Qualifications

  • EASA Part-66 B1.3 and/or B2 Licence

  • Able to obtain and maintain an EASA Class 2 Medical Certificate

  • Proficient in spoken and written English

Highly Desirable

  • Type rating on H135 or H145

  • Previous experience as a Hoist Operator

  • Residence in Denmark or a nearby region

  • Scandinavian language skills
