As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, high quality, and strong team performance across the restaurant.

You will play a key role in both operations and leadership, working closely with ownership to grow the business.

🧑‍🍳 Your responsibilities

• Daily management of restaurant operations

• Staff planning, scheduling, and shift management

• Hiring, training, and motivating employees

• Ensuring high food quality and customer satisfaction

• Maintaining hygiene and compliance with regulations

• Managing inventory, ordering, and cost control

• Handling busy service periods and solving problems on the spot

• Have experience in restaurant or fast-food management

• Are structured, responsible, and solution-oriented

• Can work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• Speak English (Danish is a plus, but not required)
