Personal assistant to CEO

Are you a structured, discreet and service-minded person who thrives working closely with a busy decision-maker? You might be our new Personal Assistant to the CEO. We are looking for a dedicated profile for a unique position that combines chauffeur and assistant duties. You follow CEO Henrik Lind in his daily activities - driving him to and from meetings and events, helping with calendar management, and ensuring that the day runs smoothly, whether Henrik is in Aarhus, in Copenhagen, or travelling.

Lind Invest is an Aarhus-based single-family office, founded and owned by CEO Henrik Lind. We believe that value is created through talented people who work with great passion and a thorough understanding of the companies we engage with. We are a relatively small, close-knit organisation with an informal yet professional work environment.

THE ROLE
The role combines personal assistance and driving. You are the CEO's closest support in everyday life and the person who ensures that meetings are well-prepared, transport runs smoothly, and that nothing falls through the cracks.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Driving to and from meetings and events in Aarhus and Copenhagen, with occasional trips around the country

  • Proactive calendar management and coordination of the CEO's activities, meetings and appointments

  • Travel planning and booking (flights, hotels, transport) and participation on relevant trips

  • Coordination and preparation of meetings, including agendas and meeting materials

  • Lighter procurement and practical coordination with suppliers and service providers

  • Ad hoc tasks of a varying nature - you are the CEO's right hand and handle what needs handling

ABOUT YOU
We expect that you have experience from a similar role as a PA, assistant or chauffeur, and that you thrive working closely with a busy leader. Most importantly, you are flexible, mature and self-driven - you see what needs to be done, and you do it.

We imagine that you:

  • Are structured, proactive and maintain an overview - even when the pace is high

  • Are flexible and mobile and comfortable working from different locations in Denmark and abroad

  • Are discreet by nature and handle confidential information with integrity and care

  • Naturally take ownership and act independently without the need for close guidance

  • Communicate clearly and professionally - both verbally and in writing

  • Are service-minded and solution-oriented - you always find a way

  • Hold a valid driving licence
