Introduction:

A career in Essentiell is rooted by long-term relationsships and close collaboration with international clients mainly in eastern Africa. You will work with multiple industries to improve finansiel and employment.

Your ability to accelerate impact and make meaningful change for your clients in easten Africa. You will be based in Denmark however to will have to travel in the easten African area.

Your role and responsibilities:

As personal assistant - management consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner responsible for selling our services as strategic planing, finansiels and Human resource management in Eastern Africa area. Specifically you will be responsible for implementing solutions for clients and serves as a expert working directly with costumers to deliver high-quality results. As a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience for your clients needs and problems and you will collaborate to provide innovative solutions for challengng business problems.

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholders value. Participate in business development activities and contribute to proposal development.
