Farm Assistant for Modern Pig Production, 5690 Tommerup

We are looking for a committed employee for pig production, with a start date of 01 May 2026 or earlier by agreement.

With roots dating back to 1994 in piglet production and more than 35 years of experience from the owner, the business is built on solid professional expertise.

Main tasks

The work takes place in the farrowing, mating/gestation, and climate-controlled barns and includes tasks such as insemination, vaccination, castration, washing and cleaning, and moving animals.

You will receive thorough training from experienced colleagues with 8 and 16 years of experience at this workplace.

Qualification

• Experience with pigs is an advantage but not a requirement
• Willingness to learn and be part of a permanent team
• Enjoys practical work and fixed routines

Language

• English (working language on the farm)

Working hours

Weekdays:

• 07:00 – 15:30

Breaks:

• 09:30 – 10:00
• 12:00 – 12:30

Weekends:

• Saturday and Sunday, approx. 10 hours in total

• A driving licence is not required but is an advantage. Transport will be arranged by agreement.
