Keep Procurement running smoothly every day - and help us improve how we work across Denmark and China.
Do you want to combine hands-on system support with process improvement and play a key role in connecting our Procurement teams in Denmark and China?
At Actona Group, we are looking for a Procurement System and Support Specialist who is structured, service-minded and solution-oriented, with a strong eye for data and operational workflows. In this role, you will ensure stable daily procurement operations while helping us standardize and improve the way we work across teams, locations and systems.
Work closely with Procurement teams in Denmark and China
In this role, you will become part of our Procurement trading function, where you will support efficient daily operations and help strengthen our systems, data quality and end-to-end processes.
You will work closely with Procurement colleagues in Denmark and China as well as relevant system and process stakeholders, and report directly to VP Procurement DK.
Together, you will ensure strong day-to-day support, reliable information flow and consistent execution across Procurement.
A role with real impact on the business
As Procurement System and Support Specialist, you will be an operational anchor between Procurement Denmark and Procurement China.
You will handle daily system and user support, coordinate tasks, secure data quality, maintain procedures and provide operational backup.
You will also support projects, process improvements and structured changes across Procurement.
The role gives you the opportunity to combine hands-on operational responsibility with process excellence, digitalization and cross-functional collaboration in an international setup.
Your key responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for keeping daily procurement operations reliable while improving systems, processes and collaboration across Denmark and China.
Your main responsibilities include:
Provide daily support in BC25, Perfion and related systems.
Act as the day-to-day link between Procurement Denmark and China.
Provide operational backup on activities such as price changes, article and order creation, sample follow-up, labels, handling instructions and warehouse related issues.
Maintain processes, procedures, guidelines, training material, Knowledge Library and Supplier Site information
Map, document and standardize end-to-end procurement processes.
Who we are looking for
You bring structure, service-mindedness, analytical thinking and a strong quality focus into your work. You take ownership, follow through, and communicate clearly, even when things move fast.
We imagine that you:
Are structured and detail-oriented with a strong sense of data accuracy
Take responsibility and follow tasks through to completion
Communicate clearly and collaborate well across cultures and functions
Are comfortable challenging inefficient ways of working and suggesting better solutions
Your background
We expect that you have:
A relevant commercial, administrative or systems-oriented education
Hands-on experience from Procurement, Supply Chain or a similar operational support function
A solid understanding of ERP/PIM systems, master data, data flows and digital workflows
Experience with user support, task coordination and follow-up across teams and locations
Experience with BC25 and Perfion is an advantage, but your ability to understand systems, solve problems and learn quickly is just as important.
How you succeed in the role
You create value by:
Delivering stable daily operations and timely completion of operational tasks
Maintaining high data accuracy and reliable information across procurement systems
Ensuring fast user support, clear task coordination and dependable operational backup
Collaborating effectively across Procurement, system owners and relevant business stakeholders
Taking ownership and driving tasks forward
What you can expect from us
At Actona Group, you will become part of an international company with a strong commercial mindset and a pragmatic, hands-on culture.
We work closely together across functions, support each other in our daily work, and take pride in delivering on our commitments.
You will experience:
A collaborative and informal working culture
A high level of responsibility and trust
Quick decision-making and short distance to leadership
An international and dynamic working environment
Opportunities to develop within your role and grow with the business
