Production Worker – Composite Finishing (1–2 positions)

Do you like working with your hands, reading a drawing, and getting the details right? We are an innovation-driven company building lightweight composite components for superyachts and advanced technical applications — using cutting-edge design, precision trimming, and robotics. No two days look quite the same here: we are constantly developing new solutions, so curiosity and a hands-on attitude matter as much as experience.

We are looking for one or two reliable people to join our production team, with a focus on finishing core panels — checking measurements, trimming, and glass fibre work.

Your tasks

• Finishing and preparing core panels to spec

• Checking and verifying measurements against drawings

• Glass fibre / composite lay-up and finishing work

• Working safely and accurately with power tools

• Supporting the team through different stages of new and developing projects

We are looking for someone who

• Has hands-on practical experience (a background as a carpenter, joiner, boatbuilder, or similar trade is a strong advantage)

• Is comfortable using power tools

• Can read and understand technical drawings

• Pays attention to detail and takes pride in quality work

• Is flexible and enjoys variety, since our projects evolve quickly

• Speaks functional English (our company language)

Previous experience with composites or glass fibre is a plus, but not a strict requirement — the right attitude and practical skills are what count most.
