Bavette is part of Waldorf Group, which is behind a number of restaurants and concepts in Copenhagen, such as Boullion, Fattys, Mio, where we focus on quality and the guest experience. We serve one signature dish: bavette steak with crispy fries and our secret sauce, complemented by seasonal desserts that change throughout the year. The Position

We are looking for a full-time chef or kitchen assistant to join a dedicated team in a kitchen with high energy and clear standards.

You’ll be working in a focused setup where precision and timing are key – and where repetition is essential to maintaining quality.

Your responsibilities:

• Preparing and plating dishes

• Preparing seasonal desserts

• Ensuring consistent high quality in every serving

• Following recipes and kitchen procedures

• Contributing to a positive and efficient work environment

• Handling prep

• Working closely with the rest of the team

We expect you to:

• Have experience from a similar role (preferred, not required)

• Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Have a strong eye for detail and quality

• Be structured and able to work independently

• Be reliable and flexible with working hours (evenings and weekends)

• Speak English (Danish is a plus)
