About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Restaurant Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operation of our Berlin-style döner restaurant.
You will be responsible for staff, quality, operations, and ensuring a smooth, profitable, and well-organised business.
This role is ideal for someone who can run the restaurant as if it were their own, with strong leadership skills and a passion for food and service.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for daily restaurant operations
Staff management: hiring, scheduling, training, and supervision
Ensuring high food quality and consistency (Berlin Döner standards)
Stock control, ordering, and supplier coordination
Cash handling, POS management, and daily reporting
Ensuring hygiene, food safety, and compliance with regulations
Handling customer service and resolving issues professionally
Optimising workflows, costs, and efficiency
Supporting marketing activities and local promotions
Coordinating with ownership on performance and improvements
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as a restaurant manager or senior supervisor
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Experience with fast food / kebab / casual dining is a big advantage
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work independently and take responsibility
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with POS systems and basic reporting
Fluent in English (Danish or German is an advantage, not a requirement)
