At Phoenix Foods, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead our Baobab shop at Reffen. At Baobab, we bring the flavours, music, and vibrant spirit of West Africa to our guests. We are looking for a structured, hands-on, and energetic Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example. You will be responsible for the daily operations while ensuring a great atmosphere for both guests and staff.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating and managing staff schedules.

• Handling ordering, inventory, and stock control.

• Tracking invoices and supporting administrative tasks.

• Leading and organizing the team during shifts.

• Stepping in to cover sick leaves when necessary.

• Serving guests and ensuring a great customer experience.

• Supporting daily operations across kitchen and service.

We are a small, close-knit team, so you’ll be involved in all aspects of the business.

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality management.

• Experience handling POS systems.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• English is a must.

• Danish and other languages are a plus (we’re an international, multicultural team and welcome many tourists).

• Availability for full-time work.

• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
