Role Description
This is a full-time hands-on role, for a Gyros restaurant Manager located in Copenhagen, Tivoli Food Hall.
The Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, managing staff, ensure high standards of customer service, and maintain overall organization within the shop.
Responsibilities include inventory management, implementing operational procedures, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
The role requires collaboration with team members to meet sales targets and enhance operational efficiency within the shop.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
Ability to cultivate a positive Customer Experience and maintain high service standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Leadership capabilities to assist and motivate the team.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Previous experience in food service and hospitality is required.
