Sales Assistant – Full-time

Are you relationship-oriented, structured, and motivated to support professional and responsible sales processes in a high-tech environment?

At Hecto Drone, we develop autonomous drones for advanced operations. Most of our work is done in-house – from software and electronics to mechanical design, drone assembly, and delivery to customers worldwide.

We operate in a field where trust, responsibility, and strong relationships are essential – both in how we work with our customers and in how our technology is ultimately used.

Due to strong interest and increasing demand, we are expanding our sales team and are now looking for a Sales Assistant. You will play an important supporting role in our sales activities and work closely with our sales team, development department, and customers. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships is a fundamental part of this role.

Your primary tasks

  • Support follow-up sales activities with a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and security.

  • Contribute to strong and trustworthy customer relationships in close cooperation with the sales team.

  • Prepare and manage quotations, invoicing, and sales-related documentation.

  • Assist with sales material – including structuring, updating, and maintaining relevant content.

  • Coordinate projects with the development department, including basic project administration.

  • Support time registration and follow-up related to projects and sales activities.

  • Help ensure that customer needs and expectations are understood correctly and translated into realistic and responsible solutions.

We expect that you

  • Value relationship-building and understand that trust and dialogue are crucial in our industry.

  • Work in a structured and thorough manner, with strong attention to detail.

  • Are responsible and able to handle confidential and security-sensitive information with care.

  • Are comfortable working both independently and in close collaboration with others.

  • Have good communication skills and are able to communicate professionally in English.

  • Are flexible and open to occasional travel as part of the role.

It is an advantage if you

  • Have technical understanding, enabling you to engage in credible dialogue with customers and support realistic sales processes.

  • Have experience from, or knowledge of, the defence sector.

  • Have experience with project coordination or administrative support in a technical or commercial environment.

  • Are familiar with working in organisations where quality, documentation, and responsibility are essential.
