Responsibilities
1. Customer development and retention: Identify and prospect new customers through
digital, telephone, or face-to-face channels; maintain business relationships with
existing customers, resolving queries and ensuring their satisfaction through after-sales
follow-ups.
2. Negotiation, closing, and execution of sales: Present products/services, prepare
quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and sign contracts; coordinate order fulfillment,
ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions.
3. Order management and logistics relations: Supervise delivery tracking, verify product
conformity, manage billing, and resolve incidents related to payments or transportation.
4. Market analysis and reporting: Monitor industry trends, identify sales opportunities,
and prepare periodic reports with performance data (volume, quotas) to evaluate
strategies.
5. Use of tools and internal collaboration: Manage CRM systems to record customer
interactions and update data; coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing using
digital platforms to optimize operations
