Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of high-quality, SEO-optimised content, including blog posts, category descriptions, landing pages, email campaigns, and more; ensuring alignment with clients’ broader SEO & AEO and conversion optimisation strategies.
Drive the creation and execution of advanced on-page SEO content tactics, ensuring flawless execution and continuous optimization for client KPIs and conversion goals.
Use AI tools to scale content creation and translation efforts for multiple clients and markets, applying innovation to improve efficiency and quality.
Manage and oversee complex content projects across various clients, ensuring deadlines are met, quality standards are consistently upheld, and brand voice and guidelines are adhered to and enhance the content.
Anticipate client needs, and collaborate with the SEO & CRO team to drive cross-functional initiatives that leverage content, CRO, UX and SEO expertise for holistic client success.
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new insights and innovative solutions into content strategies and processes, maintaining a competitive edge in SEO & AEO content development.
Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives, mentoring junior writers and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the content team.
Contribute to the commercial growth of SEO & CRO services by offering strategic input, shaping content strategies that drive client performance, and actively participating in client pitches and contract extension discussions when needed.

Technical Expertise: Proven ability to craft compelling, clear, and concise content that aligns with SEO & AEO best practices and drives organic performance. Meticulous attention to detail in editing and proofing reading, and actively participates and steers client strategy to ensure all content supports agreed objectives.
Adaptability: Drives the discovery of industry trends to stay up to date (include AI innovation) and supports the implementation of innovative solutions that enhance content effectiveness and align with SEO & CRO objectives.
SEO Knowledge: Deep understanding of on-page SEO techniques, including keyword optimization, meta descriptions, and internal linking strategies, and how these elements fit into broader SEO & AEO tactics.
CRO & UX Knowledge: Strong familiarity with CRO and UX strategies, and the ability to integrate these elements into content initiatives to drive holistic website performance.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong proficiency in collaborating with SEO & CRO team members to develop content that addresses complex challenges and aligns with client objectives. Regularly exchanges feedback with peers, and integrates data-driven insights to improve team delivery and personal performance.
Time Management: Demonstrates leadership in managing multiple, large-scale content projects, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of internal frameworks and processes, as well as external SEO & AEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush) and utilizing AI for scaling content creation and translation. Strong understanding and usability of UX research and design tools, like MS Clarity and Figma.
Mentorship & Guidance: Exceptional mentoring skills, with a focus on sharing knowledge, guiding junior team members, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Strategic and Commercial Acumen: Commercially aware, with ability to contribute to the financial growth of the group’s operations by developing content strategies and projects that meet requirements and drive performance.
