We are looking for a new colleague to join our finance team. You will be a key player in our team, supporting our international action sport e-commerce business.

POSITION
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of daily financial transactions and supporting compliance with legal and accounting requirements.
Your main focus areas will include accounts payable, invoice processing, reconciliations, and VAT handling across multiple countries.
You will work closely with a team of four skilled colleagues and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. You will report directly to the CFO.
YOUR TASKS
Posting of cost invoices
Reconciliation of vendor accounts
Prepare vendor payments
Follow up on prepayments
Expense Management
Reconciliation, reporting and payment of VAT in various countries
Assist with bookkeeping for our foreign entities / subsidiaries
Assist with daily tasks and monthly closing tasks
Ad hoc administrative tasks
YOUR PROFILE
Professional qualifications
Relevant education in accounting, finance, or a similar field
Hands-on experience with accounting and bookkeeping tasks
Strong understanding of VAT rules and procedures
Experienced Excel user
High level of English, both written and spoken
Experience with Microsoft Dynamic C5 is an advantage
Personal qualifications
Positive, outgoing, and comfortable in an international environment
Structured, detail-oriented, and persistent
Able to maintain overview while handling detailed tasks
Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The position is expected to be 37 hours of work per week on average.
The work is executed at our headquarters in Søften, a little north of Aarhus. You will be part of a company with dynamic and energetic teams with various cultural and educational backgrounds.
