The Role:

As the Software Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, lead and inspire two development teams comprised of highly skilled and self-driven professionals. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within your teams while ensuring that our development practices are aligned with customer needs. In the past year Unicontrol have been in a significant growth and our ambition is to continue to grow in the future. Your focus will be to ensure our software development processes follows the transition from start-up to scale up and now to a mid-size company.

Your Profile:

You possess a solid technical background, complemented by extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Your ability to inspire and motivate others is matched by your strong understanding of software engineering practices.

• Proven success as a leader in software development, demonstrating your ability to guide and mentor teams.
• Strong technical expertise in software development processes and methodologies.
• Relevant degree or education in software or robotic engineering or a related field, with hands-on software engineering experience.
