About the Position – Sous Chef
As Sous Chef with us, you will play a key role in our new and ambitious kitchen team. You will work closely with the Head Chef and help lead the daily operations of the kitchen. Together, you will create a menu where classic dishes are given new life — still recognizable, but refined through modern technique, presentation, and flavor.
You will help set the standard for quality, structure, and teamwork, and act as a natural second-in-command in the kitchen.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the Head Chef in the daily management of the kitchen
Taking responsibility for service and ensuring smooth kitchen operations
Preparing and presenting dishes according to season and menu
Contributing to menu development with creativity and professional insight
Ensuring consistently high quality, taste, and presentation
Training and motivating kitchen staff
Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
We Are Looking for Someone Who
Has solid experience as a chef, preferably with previous responsibility as Sous Chef or senior chef
Is passionate about classic Danish cuisine and curious about Nordic and modern influences
Has strong leadership skills and leads by example
Works in a structured and quality-focused manner — even under pressure
Is a team player who fosters a positive and professional kitchen culture
Takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for guests
